As a long-time resident of this community, treating clients like neighbors (because you are) is very important!  In large cities, business is often cold and impersonal, something we strive never to be.   

In addition to providing professional wildlife control consulting,  human/wildlife conflict resolution, protecting human health and safety, and stopping property damage, it is always our goal to provide friendly customer service.  We’re happy to take as much time as is needed to help you to understand the problems you’re facing, and to provide cost-effective, sound solutions with a smile! 

We are not happy unless you are happy!  

Some light housekeeping:  (the “rules”)

Our payment system is as follows:

For residential accounts, payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.  As much as we’d love to be able to offer credit, we are unable to.    For emergency snake calls, payment is due in full prior to dispatching a technician, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. 

For commercial and industrial clients, we are happy to work on a purchase order basis.  Please contact us as far in advance as you are able to, so that we can complete and submit what’s needed from our end. 

Payment terms on purchase orders are either net 15 or net 30, depending on the agreement and your accounting system.
